Fatih Otomat Ltd Sti is a precision machine shop located at Asian side of Istanbul with a history of manufacturing reliable, quality products. August of 2024 marked our 25 year anniversary. We specialize in machining customized components; from simple jobs to intricate pieces with tight tolerances, we have experience across a broad spectrum of machining. We are capable of competing in the market for both fast-turn-around small runs, up to long-term, high volume supply according to your needs.
Our experience in machining techniques gives us the capability to manufacture to the most challenging customer requirements.
For small, medium and large series production Fatih Otomat supplies turned parts made of all machinable free-cutting, tempered, case hardened or stainless steels as well as non-ferrous metals and plastics. The fabrication is done part-specific and cost optimized on conventional or CNC- lathes – including any other additional machining. If requested , we supply our turned parts in ready to install condition including heat and surface treatment.

Our Quality
As a DIN ISO 9001:2015 certified company , all of our products is being controlled by our educated quality control techicians with the high technology measurement system and all the reports that proove all the spesifications are suitable according to customer requests.
We offer you complete documentation of materials and processes as well as batch numbers. In this way, we ensure the traceability of all parts even after years, from goods receipt via QA to the warehouse.
Quoting
Our quoting team reviews your specifications during the estimating process to ensure that all of your requirements are included when creating a quality plan. At this point, and throughout every stage of the process, we take every measure to keep your intellectual property confidential. We consider communication within departments, and with customers, the key to eliminating any potential quality issues.
Purchase Order Receipt, Work Order Entry & Raw Material Purchasing
Once an order is received, our team reviews purchase orders and compares to our original quote to identify and resolve any issues before moving forward with production. Raw material according to your specifications is purchased, received, logged and identified awaiting assignment to work order.
Manufacturing
Upon material receipt, our shop schedulers create job travelers to maintain material traceability, record training information and gaging data, and track completed work throughout all stages of production. Our shop and quality managers provide oversight to ensure that out our quality plan is carried out as jobs travel throughout the shop at various machining centers.
Additional Services
When necessary, our team works with approved outside vendors to complete processes such as plating, coating, heat treating, roll threading and other services that allow us to provide a turnkey operation. When using third-party services, we ensure that the traceability of your part and material is maintained and that only reputable sources are trusted with your products.
Inspection
Upon completion, each lot of parts is subjected to final sample inspection. Our inspection team also verifies completed parts against the quality plan to ensure all processes have been completed. We can provide inspection reports according to customer requirements ranging from various sampling plans up to serialized 100% dimensional reports.
Fatih Otomat has a wide variety of gauging resources. Aside from an assortment of hand held gages (micrometer, calipers, bore gages, etc.) and height gages, we boasts over 600 thread and ring gages.
Should non-conformances at in-process or final inspection be observed, management works to quickly resolve issues using in-house actions (including 100% inspection and sorting) or by seeking deviation approval. Only after we ensure that parts comply with all of your requirements will we release them for delivery.
Shipping & Inventory
All items are packaged to mitigate damage to the functionality of the part in transit. We take all preventative measures possible to inhibit rust/corrosion and to protect finish and threaded parts. When packaging parts for delivery or inventory, we take care to maintain material traceability and clearly label and separate parts made from different heats of material when necessary.
